Essential Job Functions: Trailer Mechanics
PM on Trailers, Trucks and other types of equipment, repair and or replace Trailer and Box Truck roofs, floors and walls. Install, Diagnose and repair Lift gates. Install PTO's and Blowers on Trucks as needed per Customers requirements. Diagnose, repair Trailer and Truck brakes, air, hydraulic and electric brakes. Diagnose, repair Trailer and Truck wiring. Diagnose, Repair Trailer and Truck doors, roll-up and swing doors. Diagnose, Repair Trailer and Truck frames and suspensions.

Essential Job Functions: Welding and Fabrication
Weld using MIG, stick with ability to TIG weld a plus. Use a cutting torch, read and understand blueprints, fabricate various projects using blueprints. Use band saw, grinders, needle scalier, iron worker, chop saw, drill press and mag drill. Other qualifications are a plus.

Job Requirements:
Employee must have own tools. Be capable of lifting 50 lbs; occasionally move 100 lbs as needed.  Work in hot or cold and noisy environments. Must be able to weld; MIG, Stick and use a cutting torch. Employees must be willing to work hours other than 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as needed to complete scheduled work. Follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to read and write English. Employee must have dependable transportation. Employee must be self motivated and dependable. 2 years' experience required. Candidate must pass drug test and back ground check.
