Where we ship
We ship parts anywhere in the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, or anything oversized that needs to move by freight, call us at (210) 667-1171 and we will quote it directly.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from live carrier rates — UPS, USPS and FedEx — based on the actual weight and size of what is in your cart and where it is going. You see the real number before you pay, not an estimate.
- Small parts (10 lbs and under) ship for a flat $12.00.
- Everything else is quoted live at checkout.
- Overnight is offered on every order. If you have a truck down, this is the one to pick.
Our shipping charges include packaging and handling — the box, the padding and the labor to get it out the door safely.
How quickly it ships
Stocked parts ship the same or next business day. If you order early enough in the day, it usually goes out that afternoon.
Parts marked “Ordered in for you” are not on our shelf — we buy them in from the manufacturer for your order. These take longer, and how much longer depends on the manufacturer. If a lead time matters to you, call us before ordering and we will find out where the part actually is.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Local pickup
You are welcome to collect your order in person at 9425 FM 1346, San Antonio, TX 78263. Choose the pickup option at checkout instead of a shipping method — it costs nothing, and we will call or email you when it is ready.
Same-day pickup is usually possible on stocked parts. Customers drive to us from all over South Texas and beyond to collect, and that is fine — just be aware that choosing pickup means the order will not be shipped.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived when you expect it, call us — we can chase the carrier faster than you can.
Freight damage
If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the box and the part before you unpack it any further and call us within 15 days. Carrier damage claims depend on that evidence, so those photos genuinely matter.
